Based here, working wider

Plumb Digital is a Gold Coast company. It is where we are based and where we are building the company, one piece of work at a time. It is an important part of our identity, but it does not define the limits of our work.

Being close to the organisations around us matters. It means we can sit with the people doing the work, see how a request actually moves through a team and hear where it gets stuck. That kind of understanding is hard to get from a brief.

In short

We are based on the Gold Coast and can work with local, national and international teams. Wherever a team is based, we start by understanding how its organisation operates.

What we need to understand, wherever you are

Agentic software is built around how an organisation actually operates: who does the work, which rules apply, which systems hold the record and who has the authority to approve the next step. If you are new to the term, our plain-language guide explains it.

Whatever the location, the work depends on access to the right things:

  • The people who do the work, so we learn how it really runs, not just how the process document says it runs.
  • The rules it follows, including the policies, permissions and approvals that make the work accountable.
  • The systems it touches, so the software works with the records you already rely on.
  • The people who decide, so it is clear where an AI agent can help and where a person must make the call.

We shape each engagement around the team's communication, security and delivery requirements.

How your organisation works is where we start.

What that looks like in practice

Whether you are in Southport or somewhere much further away, the first conversation is about your organisation, not our technology. What are you trying to achieve? Where does work slow down? Which decisions need a person, and which steps are routine?

From there, we work with your team to decide what an agent could take on, where people stay in control and how the work will be recorded. Your team's knowledge shapes the product from the first workshop through to real use.

If you are on the Gold Coast, our local page explains how we work with organisations here. If you are somewhere else, start a conversation and we will take it from there.
